The unrivaled site of this project at the end point of South Africa in Cape Town, which is well-known to the Cape of Good Hope; on the other hand, would indicate interruption between two oceans, when arrived together in this place. I selected this point for the concept of this project. I tried to pay attention to the connection between these two oceans, which are illustrative one of them transmitted from Asia and Australia continents. Another one transmitted from America continent and arrives at this point. In this plan, I created two wings from these continents and joining them in a coherent way to a central point, which has been assumed for the end point of the world (Cape Point). So I chose the name of this hotel “THE INERNATINAL CENTER OF PEACE AND INCORPORATION”
